Chairman D. Niece called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

ADEQUATE NOTICE was given as follows: Notice was sent to the Star
Gazette and Express Times. Notice was posted on the Municipal bulletin
Board in the Township Administration building in Oxford Township,
New Jersey, and notice was filed with the Township Clerk.

ROLL CALL:
Members present: Mayor Accetturo, Mr. Niece, Dr. Feager, Ms. Smorzaniuk,
Ms. Accetturo, Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Dresser, Mr. Ischinger, Mr. Cratch (7:40p.m.)
Also present: Engineer M. Finelli, Attorney M. Garofalo

COMMUNICATIONS:
A list was provided to the Land Use Board members.

MINUTES: Minutes from the April 10, 2006 meeting.
A motion to approve the minutes as written was made by Mr. Dresser, seconded
By Dr. Yeager all ayes, motion carried.

ZONING OFFICER=S REPORT: April zoning report.
The zoning officer submitted his report for April 2006.
Five permits were issued, zero were denied, multiple calls and questions.

RESOLUTIONS:
1. Neil Campbell B Resolution for a Variance application for
Block 24, Lot 48.01 located at 37 Snyder=s Lane. This application was
approved on April 10, 2006. A motion to approve was made by
Ms. Smorzaniuk, seconded by Mr. Dresser, Vote: Smorzaniuk, Dresser,
Mayor Accetturo, Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Niece, Dr. Yeager – Ayes, 0 – Nay,
0 – Abstain, motion carried

PUBLIC HEARING & DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Margaret C. Bray – Minor Site Plan application for Block 6, Lot 1
located at 47-A Wall Street. This application was deemed complete on
March 13, 2006.

2. Ms. Carol Griffett – Site Plan waiver application for a coffee shop and
bakery for Block 6, Lot 3 located at 39 Wall Street.

3. Organic Aggregates, Inc. – Re-opened site plan application for
Block 26, Lot 87.

A motion to approve vouchers submitted for payment was made by Dr. Yeager,
seconded by Mr. Calabrese, all ayes motion carried.
