The regularly scheduled workshop meeting of the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Oxford was held on January 18, 2005 in the Township Municipal Building, 11 Green Street, Oxford, New Jersey.
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM by Mayor Lazorisak, who announced that the meeting had been properly advertised in compliance with the OPMA of 1975.
In attendance were Alex Lazorisak, Philip Rosenberg, and Angelo Accetturo.
The Committee reviewed the January 2005 Bill List and Vouchers. The following bills were withheld:

Ray�s Sport Shop 789.86
S&L Equipment 4,427.75
T&E Computers 848.75
T&E Computers 940.00
The balance of the bills as listed on the January 2005 Bill List were approved by the Committee for payment on motion by Mayor Lazorisak, seconded by Mr. Accetturo and passed unanimously on roll call vote.
The Committee discussed the Redevelopment Plan for the Oxford Furnace and Oxford Textile Mill Sites.
The Township Committee changed the Workshop Meeting Date of November 8, 2005 to November 7, 2005 because of Election Day.
Mr. Richard Cotton appeared before the Committee to discuss the Oxford Redevelopment Plan.
On motion by Mayor Lazorisak, seconded by Mr. Accetturo and passed unanimously on roll call vote, the meeting adjourned at 11:45 PM.
